一、産(chǎn)品簡介

SF260-I鑽井液用(yòng)矽氟高溫降粘劑是我公(gōng)司科(kē)研所自行研制開發的高科(kē)技(jì )新(xīn)産(chǎn)品。該産(chǎn)品的核心成分(fēn)是有(yǒu)機矽、有(yǒu)機氟通過特定的化學(xué)反應過程形成的共聚物(wù)，因而賦予了産(chǎn)品優異的抗高溫降粘性能(néng)。

該産(chǎn)品在鑽井泥漿中(zhōng)有(yǒu)較強的稀釋降粘能(néng)力，突出的特點是抗高溫能(néng)力強，抗鹽、抗鈣，對鑽井液體(tǐ)系有(yǒu)分(fēn)散、潤滑、消泡等作(zuò)用(yòng)，高溫降粘效果遠(yuǎn)優于鐵鉻鹽，并能(néng)有(yǒu)效地抑制頁(yè)岩水化，改善鑽井液的造壁功能(néng)。在泥漿密度1.5克/立方厘米時仍有(yǒu)良好的穩定性，泥漿維護處理(lǐ)期可(kě)長(cháng)達7天以上；且凝膠強度低，降低了切力，大大提高了鑽井效率。本品是一種沒毒、無污染的綠色環保型新(xīn)産(chǎn)品，經國(guó)内各大油田、各種地質(zhì)結構的深井使用(yòng)後，獲得專家一緻好評，已成為(wèi)鑽井工(gōng)程的選擇産(chǎn)品。推薦加量1~2%。

本産(chǎn)品包裝(zhuāng)于鐵桶内，每桶淨重200（±1%）kg，也可(kě)根據客戶要求确定包裝(zhuāng)（特殊要求雙方議定）。

本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險品運輸管理(lǐ)。

産(chǎn)品在儲存過程中(zhōng)應注意防洩漏、防凍。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用(yòng)大量清水清洗。

本品保質(zhì)期兩年。

Sf260-i high temperature silicon fluorine viscosity reducer for drilling fluid is a new high-tech product developed by our scientific research institute. It is the first in China. After the evaluation of experts and scholars, its technology has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level, and has won the invention patent granted by the State Intellectual Property Office. The core components of the product are the copolymers of organosilicon and organofluorine formed through specific chemical reaction process, which endows the product with excellent high temperature resistance and viscosity reduction performance.

The product has strong dilution and viscosity reduction ability in drilling mud. Its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, salt resistance and calcium resistance. It can disperse, lubricate and defoamer the drilling fluid system. The viscosity reduction effect at high temperature is far better than that of iron chromium salt. It can effectively inhibit shale hydration and improve the wall building function of drilling fluid. When the mud density is 1.5g/cm3, it still has good stability, and the mud maintenance period can be more than 7 days; Moreover, the gel strength is low, the cutting force is reduced, and the drilling efficiency is greatly improved. This product is a non-toxic, pollution-free green environmental protection new product. After being used in domestic major oilfields and deep wells with various geological structures, it has been highly praised by experts and has become the preferred product for drilling engineering. The recommended dosage is 1 ~ 2%.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 200 (± 1%) kg. The packaging can also be determined according to the customer's requirements (special requirements agreed by both parties).

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

In the process of storage, the product should pay attention to anti leakage and anti freezing.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.

The shelf life of this product is two years.
